By accessing or using VaasthuSuite ("the Platform"), operated by Saroviq Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
VaasthuSuite provides a cloud-based construction and real estate operations management platform, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The person who creates a company account ("Admin") is responsible for managing user access within that organisation. Admins may invite team members, assign roles, and revoke access at any time through the platform settings.
You must notify us immediately at admin@saroviq.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
VaasthuSuite is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are specified at the time of purchase and may vary by plan. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST where applicable), which will be added at checkout.
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable except as described below.
If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal and have not substantially used the Platform during that period, you may be eligible for a full refund. Requests should be sent to admin@saroviq.com. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using VaasthuSuite, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide the services described in these Terms and do not sell your data to third parties.
Upon termination of your account, you may export your Customer Data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
The Platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Saroviq Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property rights to you.
Each party agrees to keep the other party's confidential information strictly confidential and to use it only for the purposes of these Terms. "Confidential information" includes any non-public technical, financial, or business information disclosed in connection with your use of the Platform.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
We warrant that the Platform will perform materially in accordance with our documentation during your subscription term. If the Platform fails to meet this standard, your sole remedy is to request a remedy as described in our support terms or to cancel your subscription for a pro-rated refund.
Except as expressly set out above, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Saroviq Technologies Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability as described above, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 7 days of written notice, or immediately if the breach is not capable of being cured.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. Sections 7 (IP), 8 (Confidentiality), 10 (Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wayanad, Kerala, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
